Our Story

Where Bangkok's
Soi Culture Lives

Pranakhon is the original name of Thailand's capital — the city before it became Bangkok. We carry that name as a reminder of the vibrant, unfiltered food culture that has always defined Thai life: the thousand small alleys, each with its own flavors and its own soul.

At 88 University Place in Greenwich Village, we bring those alley kitchens to New York — not as a recreation, but as a living expression of what Thai street food is when it's made with care, precision, and real ingredients.
